[smc-discuss] Wiki link in smc.org.in

Currently the smc.org.in portal doesn't have a link to the SMC wiki in
Wikia. It may be nice to provide a link to the old wiki, until all the
documentation is migrated to the new portal.. New comers  are finding
difficult to locate the right tutorials and manuals.
