Yes ofcourse ! It should be an introductory one for sure !

 what I meant was that if we showed the examples/demos based on KDE
4.2, the ones who are willing to work on it will have some feel and
idea of it already from the workshop. Then later on when they have got
enough experience they can start off translating on something they
have already seen once.
