How many admins we need?
https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/smc/  shows 14 admins.
And most of them are pretty inactive for last few months.
I would suggest maximum three admins.

Admin Role should be purely technical to do the administration of
savannah features and should not be considered as any hierarchy in our
group.
We should always follow flat  community structure.
