Thanks for the response.

Sorry to say that we are not satisfied with the response.  CDACs
clarifications on the draft adds more issues to the polciy. Attached
our detailed reply to each of your response.
In this format, this draft policy is not at all acceptable. It is
based on lot of wrong assumptions about technology and language. We
demand a re-draft of the policy after a discussion with all of the
stakeholders - language experts/developers/web security experts.
We offer all our support for such a process.
