ആയിട്ട് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഒരു സിനിമ എന്ന ഒരു കണ്‍സെപ്റ്റ് ആണ് ചാമ്പ സ്വതന്ത്ര
സിനിമ പ്രൊജക്റ്റ്. അപ്പോ, അതില്‍ നിന്ന് കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റിയിലെ ആള്‍കാര് ചര്‍ച്ച
ചെയ്ത് കഥ തീരുമാനിക്കുക അതുപോലെ സിനിമയുടെ മറ്റ് തിരക്കഥ, സ്റ്റോറി ബോര്‍ഡ്
അങ്ങനെ എല്ലാ വശങ്ങളിലും ജനാധിപത്യമായ രീതിയില്‍ ഡീസെന്‍ട്രലൈസ് ചെയ്ത് ഒരു കലാ
സൃഷ്ടി ഉണ്ടാക്കി അതേ രീതിയില്‍ തന്നെ, അതെ മെത്തേഡില്‍ കൂടെ തന്നെ ജനങ്ങളില്‍
എത്തിക്കുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടിയാണ് ചാമ്പ സ്വതന്ത്ര സിനിമ പ്രൊജക്റ്റ് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത്.
അപ്പൊ, ഇതിനുള്ള ഫണ്ടിങ്ങ് എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് ജനങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്ന് അതായത്
പ്രേക്ഷകരില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള ഡൊണേഷന്‍ ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ് ഈ സിനിമ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത്.

Established methods to spread creative works to people have been found to
hinder interests of artists and audience.
The concept behind Chamba Swathanthra Movie Project is combined effort of a
community to counter this state.
The comminuty discusses every aspect of the movie like story, script, story
board etc. in a democratic and decentralized way and create an artwork. The
same methods are followed to bring the result to people. Now, the funding
for the project is met though donations from the people ie, directly from
the audience.
