Rendering failure is not because of non confirmation to atomic chillus.
Even if atomic chillus are used by everyone, there would still be old text
represented by old chillus. Shouldn't that be displayed? And in practice,
various web portals including that of popular newspapers still use old
chillus. Shouldn't that be read well? Now, M$ proprietery font Kartika does
not have atomic chillu in it. What are you gonna do with it? On the other
hand, all of SMC fonts have included them, even though SMC was the last to
accept this proposal.

Please. There are versions with both chillus.
