After searching at many places we settled with hdmi to vga convertor (we
got it for 1050, last time when I bought it in Pune it was 2200). Smallest
display with direct hdmi in starts only from 19 inch only. Portable dvd
players with av in is availble in 4000-5000 range (7 inch to 9 inch). One
more option was car interior displays, 3300 to 7000 range. But raspberry pi
av resolution is very low and it is not worth the investment. Now with hdmi
to vga adaptor, we can get 5v (1.7A) VGA/LED display.
