We can't have akhn rule of യ്യ and വ്വ in mlym. As simple as that. I
had removed it more than once, yet got added back and shipped in the
last version. Will try to fix up and update the release. That would
cause issues for യ്യു, വ്വു etc but there's no fix.

Old shaping engines do not support dotreph, this is not going to be fixed.

The inherent brain-dead pstf rule of mlym, not going to be fixed.
