My intention was to contrast your worry for people promoting free software
in other ways when many people absent since they are working is considered
natural.

SMC is not the only path to achieving software freedom for me.

I think as i explained in last mail. I am pretty sad about the absence of 2
people who are active in the promotion efforts at this point. There is no
other words to describe it . I still belive we can do both the programs in
a better way if it was after the rush timings. Anyway it is your  trip  and

Success of the event is an interim goal essential for expanding the reach
of software freedom and malayalam computing.

as a part of same program , I am worrying about the absence of both of you

True. There are many approaches to increase the reach to students.  And we
need to try these ways

AFAIK We are not planning to pull people for news photo.  There is a need
of distributed responsibilities. But we need more people now. That is the
main point .
