Hello GSOC students

This is an important announcement.

Kindly make sure that you have created your proposals in Google Melange :
https://www.google-melange.com/gsoc/homepage/google/gsoc2014


The deadline is on 21st March 19:00 UTC. Please do note wait till the last
minute to do this.

Do note that
- if you don't do this, you will not be officialy entered into GSOC 2014.
- this does not guarentee that your proposals are selected either.
