[Student-projects] GSoC 2014 Proposal: Integrate Varnam into Silpa

Hello Everyone,

Here's my proposal http://wiki.smc.org.in/User:Diadara/GSoC2014 for
integrating Varnam into project-silpa and adding an RPC interface. I still
have to flush out the timeline and some details. Hopefully I will have a
solid proposal by tonight.
