[Student-projects] GSOC 2014. SMC. Inroduction and doubt regarding pre-requisites of 'SILPA Project Improvements'

Hello Navaneeth,

As per the instructions in the wiki, I have cloned the SILPA code. I tried
installing it, but something went wrong somewhere.
Nevertheless, I am going through the code.

I also cloned and installed varnam. Tried it out and it works fine.
