[Student-projects] Request to know about mentor for an unconfirmed project idea

Respected Sir,
I had submitted a draft proposal on the GSoC site.
In the SMC wiki, it is classified as a project with unconfirmed mentor.
My project idea is Provide REST API to libindic without disturbing existing
JSONRPC API and Improve the Transliteration module.
Please let me know how my mentor allocation will take place. The
application template asks for the details of the mentors I have contacted.
