[Student-projects] Need some information about 'Libibdic-Android' project

Hello all,
      I am kalyan. Can you please give me some clarification  on this
project which was described as,
project: merge transliteration module and android-ime of indic keyboard
Details:  transliteration module which we use in indic keyboard  is
significantly better and well tested. We should use that instead of
maintaining  a second library..
