[Student-projects] GSoC Student Application Period is closed

Hey students,

After a lot of nice conversations in our IRC channels, mailing lists, and
issue trackers, many of you have managed to send in some promising
proposals. We got 2^5 of them in total!

The mentors shall soon get together, go through all the projects, rate
them, match mentors, and request slots.

We have until April 12, 2016 at 00:30 (IST) to input our project slots
request.
