[Student-projects] Queries regarding libindic project

I might have erred here. Was trying multiple things in a desperate attempt
to get the server running.

It is setting 'Debug = True' in silpa.py that gets the server running on my
system, for some reason
​. I'd reason it to be some problem with werkezeug - silpa.settings.
