Hello Shrikant,

Do not get confused seeing all of our replies.

You may please get subscribed to the mailing lists I have given you in 
my previous mail and send mails to that as its required for you to form 
your team, or maybe wakeup your team if in dormant state, officially.

Meanwhile, you can start working as Praveen said, so that once you get a 
reply from the KDE team you can be ready with translated file too as its 
required to prove your translation skills. Maxin can of course help you 
with how to start your KDE Sanskrit team.
