[smc-discuss] Re: Translation

During the initial days, since we did not maintain wiki, we have had 
some confusions of files taken by people for translation. This is a part 
of it (khelpcenter was submitted by Shiju).

Now its all working fine. We have a proper wiki maintained promptly, 
hence no confusion and no repetition.

Apologies once again for such mistakes. Please make sure that you edit 
wiki if you take  a file, if  praveen/myself assign any files, that will 
be done by us.
