[smc-discuss] CLDR Usage

CLDR is a unicode.org project which which is being used by leading
companies like Google, Apple and IBM to develop cross language products. It
has various tools to support various world languages like parsing,
translation, transliteration etc.

I want to know how can it be used for transliteration purposes. I'm unable
to find it on http://cldr.unicode.org/
