I created loomio group without getting proper conscience from the
community. That was wrong.

We got 2-3 objections regarding this and so, I have deactivated the
group. Till we obtain conscience from the community and address
everyone's concern, It will remain as it is.

The concern Anivar had was, SMC is a hacker community and the people
working on specific projects makes the decisions. We can't enforce a
decision on developers, because they are volunteers and we are not
paying them. Also his additional concern is its not hosted by SMC.
This can be easily addressed, as I volunteer to install in SMC's
server.

My opinion is to use loomio only to vote on SMC's administrative
affairs to achieve transparency among SMC members. I suggest to
include only official members to that group. So that voting can take
place in that.

Now, praveen's concern is I have created the group and deactivated
without obtaining permission from anyone. I admit that its my mistake.
I suggest to continue discussion and voting in mailing list itself
till we solve the concerns regarding loomio.

Now regarding transparency, I have also the concern praveen have
regarding transparency of SMC. Many members, including me, does not
publicize some discussions and decisions (via mailing lists). I don't
know how to tackle that. I am taking a decision now to put to the
mailing lists the tasks of SMC, that's given to me or doing by me.
