സ്റ്റാൾമാന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങളെ മാനിച്ചുകൊണ്ടു തന്നെ പറയട്ടെ
സ്റ്റാൾമാനല്ലെങ്കിൽ മറ്റൊരാൾ ഇതിനെതിരെ പൊരുതും. എന്നായാലും പാരതന്ത്ര്യം
എന്ന അവസ്ഥയ്ക്ക് അറുതിയുണ്ടാകും. അതാണല്ലോ ചരിത്രം നമ്മെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.
(അതുകൊണ്ടു സ്റ്റാൾമാനെ ignucius മിശിഹയാക്കി വ്യക്തിപൂജചെയ്യുന്നതിനോടും ഒരു
സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയർ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യപ്രശ്നത്തിൽ സ്റ്റാൾമാൻ അവസാന വാക്കാകുന്നതിനോടും
എനിക്കത്ര യോജിപ്പില്ല. വ്യക്തിയേക്കാൾ അയാൾ ഉന്നയിക്കുന്ന ആശയത്തിനാണു
പ്രാധാന്യം എന്നു ഞാൻ ചിന്തിക്കുന്നു) പലർ ചേർന്നുണ്ടാക്കിയ ലിനക്സ്
ഓപറേറ്റിങ്ങ് സിസ്റ്റത്തിനൊപ്പം ഗ്നു എന്നു ചേർത്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ എങ്ങനെയാണ്
സ്റ്റാൾമാന്റെ പിതൃത്വത്തെ ഇല്ലാതാക്കുന്നത്.  ഇനി GCC/ഈമാക്സ്  കോഡ്
ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ സോഫ്റ്റ്‌വെയറുകളുടേയും മുൻപിൽ ഗ്നു എന്നു
ചേർക്കണമെന്നാണോ.  മൈക്രോസോഫ്റ്റ്‌

എനിക്കു തോന്നുന്നതു് ഒരു പുസ്തകത്തിലും മറ്റും ഏത് പേരുപയോഗിക്കണമെന്ന
കാര്യത്തിൽ ഒരു അവലംബമാക്കാൻ ഈ
