[smc-discuss] Fwd: We need Malayalam translators

I couldn't modify our www-ml wiki page because I couldn't take an
account on it. Now the problem is solved and I have an account.
The web-translators were frequently sending po files to me for review.
I had to re-translate some pages because the older ones were totally
out-dated.
