[Student-projects] Getting started with GSoC ideas

Hello Shrimadhav

I'd reccommend trying to get the application running locally and getting
yourself familiar with it first. Meanwhile, you can get on #silpa (former
name of indicproject) and look for copyninja/jishnu7/santhosh - pretty much
anyone there will answer queries.
